This course is designed for those who have a desire to move more, average 55-70 years old, but I’ve also had younger people take part (we're all ageing!). Some participants are retiring from a desk career and want to get the most out of retirement plans. Some have been "working out" and doing everything right but still experience issues associated with ageing and would like to know what else they can possibly do!
In these classes you will need to be able to get to the floor and back up. The classes don’t require you to get up and down multiple times, but you should be comfortable getting to the ground, even if you need to do so slowly.
This course is perfect for you if you have the book Dynamic Aging and want to learn more, or learn how to do the exercises with good form, or generally have the support of live instruction.
